Hello friends my name is Marley and I am currently on a weight loss journey to lose 100 pounds!

Here on my channel you will find weekly weigh in videos, weight loss vlogs, fitness challenges and what I eat in a day for weight loss videos.

Today's video is my week 7 weigh in on my 100 pound weight loss journey! As it was Valentine's Day weekend I did over indulge a bit but hey that's life! Other than that I had another amazing week.
